Jason Nadal

Jason Nadal is Besler Holdings’ Information Security Officer.

He has 20+ years of experience in healthcare data in cloud and local applications. Jason has led experienced, dynamic colleagues to ramp up an organization from readiness to HITRUST r2 certification for a host of products, modernizing and securing infrastructure, policies and procedures along the way. He has created vulnerability management programs from scratch, managing both development component dependencies, server management, and secrets access.

Prior to this, he was a .NET full stack developer with 20+ years of practical .NET experience in managing, architecting, and developing n-tier applications, services, databases, and libraries. Jason also has significant experience with revenue cycle data and healthcare billing terminology and processes. He has a critical eye for security and data sensitivity with experience in HIPAA sensitive data.

Jason focuses on continuous improvements to code using current or soon-to-be-released technologies, while ensuring a balance of security best practices and new technology.
