Phil Besler

Philip Besler serves as the Chairman of Besler Holdings, bringing over 50 years of experience in healthcare consulting, finance, mergers, and acquisitions to his leadership role.

Leadership
As Chairman, Phil brings his extensive expertise in analyzing and implementing federal and statewide reimbursement laws, monitoring federal and statewide reimbursement systems, assisting hospitals and other healthcare providers in the management of both regulated and nonregulated reimbursement systems, and representation on numerous healthcare committees. He has assisted in turning failing healthcare facilities and healthcare consulting firms into profitable businesses.

Professional Experience
Before founding Besler Holdings and serving as its Chairman, Phil was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, served the State of New Jersey Department of Health as Chief of Rate Setting, and founded Besler & Company, Inc. in 1986 serving as CEO and later retiring as Chairman.
